Introduction

For large-scale implementation of the Prime Minister Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, Shri Solar will appoint and regulate Channel Partners across North India. Appointments will be made according to market requirements by the Sales Manager and TSM.

Partnership Responsibilities

Clear understanding of roles and expectations for mutual success

Responsibilities of Shri Solar

  • Customer billing & government registration handled by company
  • All promotional materials managed by company
  • Plant installation & bank loan processing handled by company
  • Sales & banking support through Sales Manager
  • Full product warranty provided
  • Sales leads provided by company
  • Incentive schemes offered from time to time

Responsibilities of Channel Partner

  • ₹10,000 refundable security deposit
  • Minimum age: 18 years (Indian citizen)
  • Ability to communicate with at least 10 new people daily
  • Regular reporting to Sales Manager
  • Promotion and sale of products & scheme
  • Collection of payments
  • Support in electricity department & banking tasks

Incentive Distribution Process

  • ₹20 per sales unit incentive (subject to change).
  • Monthly calculation between 1st–7th (TDS applicable).
  • Based on previous month’s billed plants.
  • Calculated as per company price list.
  • 27% of extra amount (above price list) given to partner.
  • 27% deducted if sold below price list.
  • TSM approval mandatory for price changes.
  • Full customer payment required before incentive distribution.

Termination Policy

  • Working with another solar company leads to termination.
  • Accepting cash or unauthorized payments is misconduct.
  • Immediate termination upon verification of violation.

Important Points

  • 100% payment required before dispatch (if no bank loan).
  • No cash transactions allowed.
  • Partners may work in any area; leads assigned by company.
  • Corporate agreement sales incentives calculated separately.
  • Policy may extend to other Shri Solar products.
